YUR BACK (REHAB CLASS)

The YUR Back exercise program, created by Dr. Christine Romani-Ruby combines therapeutic exercise, Pilates, and muscle balancing techniques to create a safe and effective work out for those recovering from low back pain.

Dr. Romani-Ruby incorporates exercises and movements from evidence based research that create a challenging work out without exacerbation of low back pain.


Strengthening the core, arms and legs, the YUR Back program also improves posture and is even safe for those with osteoporosis or scoliosis.
Classes are only 45 Min.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The Pilates Rehabilitation Program incorporates Pilates movement sequences into your therapeutic care to enhance neuromuscular training and restore physical function. By connecting mind to body, (neuromuscular control) we help reprogram your posture and alignment to aid recovery from a variety of injuries and illnesses.

Through a controlled flowing movement routine, Pilates enhances posture, strength, stamina and flexibility, improving functionality for everyday activities as well as athletic performance.

Guided by the professional experience of a rehabilitation specialist, the Pilates Rehabilitation Program includes a pre-screening evaluation, treatment plan, and follow-up.


PILATES REHABILITATION PROGRAM PRICING


Evaluation $125/session includes:
• Initial pre-screening evaluation (55mins) and treatment plan developed by Ariel Hernandez, Rehabilitation Specialist, PMA-NCPT.

• Follow-up assessment (25mins). The rehabilitation specialist will provide feedback and recommendations for continued treatment using private sessions or group classes.

A package will be recommended based on the treatment plan and executed by one of our certified Pilates teachers.
